You may also make a payment online just simply add Freedom Mobile as a Payee and enter your Freedom Mobile Account Number

Step 3 : Contact an agent at 855-489-1010 with the confirmation number

Bank of Montreal (Walk into any Bank of Montreal and provide the following instructions below

Step 1 :Bring in Cash or Certified Cheque Payable to Pro Collections Ltd to any Bank of Montreal branch.

Step 2 :Advise the teller that you would like to make a bill payment to the following account information below

Step 5 :Provide Your First and Last Name on the Deposit

Step 6 :Provide your reference number that was provided on the letter you had received or by the agent.

International Wire Transfer

You may make a payment via International Wire Transfer at your bank via aborad by following the payment instructions below

Email Money Transfer Payment Instructions

Step 1 : Add Pro Collections as a recipient, with the email address of payments@procollections.ca

Step 2 : Security Question will be Company Name – Pro Collections

Step 3: Password will be PRO2020

Step 4 : In the message section please type in your full name, account number, phone number and creditor

Payment Through Online Banking

Step 1 :Add PRO COLLECTIONS LIMITED as a Payee on your Online Banking. (We are currently listed with Bank of Montreal, CIBC, Scotiabank, Royal Bank, Tangerine Bank, President Choice, National Bank). If you are unable to locate us as a Payee please use another method of payment.

Step 2 :Enter your File Number and the Amount you are paying

Step 3 :Contact an agent at 866-233-8409 or at payments@procollections.ca with the confirmation/reference number of the payment.
